Bitser is free software for Windows that allows you to administer archives as well as backups.
Other similar programs exist such as WinRAR. However, Bitser's user interface is unique to the software program. This interface is constructed to have the same features to some that backup applications utilize.
The 7-ZIP compression program is also open-source, so users can provide feedback on the code and alter it if necessary. It also includes a password manager feature to help validate the identity of files. The program can extract RAR, ZIP, RPM, and many more file types.
After extracting those files, this app alters the data into 7-ZIP or EXE before creating them on your computer. Bitser allows you to extract several ZIP files at the same time, a significant advantage to this program. Aside from this, it also protects your data by regularly scanning them to ensure they do not contain any viruses or malware. Multiple anti-viruses and anti-malware programs are utilized to ensure your files are completely safe to access. The program also includes a context menu feature so that you can access your archives more easily. Bitser provides you with the ability to change files from one format to another to ensure easy access.
If you have any files you want to encrypt, you can also do so with this software. Bitser offers encryption which uses 256 bits and runs the AES program to encrypt your data. Using this feature, you can also create encrypted backups for your files. It also gives you one window to access your archives for easy user access. Bitser is available for use on a variety of Windows operating systems, including the most recent version, Windows 10.
